KHIRY for Off White
An Unfinished collaboration with a late genius of design
Story
Begun in text messages, and a single Zoom meeting, KHIRY for Off White was a collaborative jewelry capsule collection, proposed by Virgil Abloh for the Off White Womens SS22 Runway show.
Goal
Object
A proposed demi-fine capsule collection for the Off White Women's Runway show, commissioned by Virgil Abloh
Outcomes
While the proposed collection was scrapped after Virgil's passing, the memory of brief moments of collaboration with a legend of 21st century design remains a cherished memory, and an ongoing inspiration.

Initial Options Prepared via Graphite Hand sketching in response to the Off White Team's moodboard, and incorporating core KHIRY symbols to take KHIRY to the runway level, and infuse Off White jewelry with KHIRY's luxury fabrication. Motifs included a series of semiprecious stone inlay silhouettes, and iterations of the idea of "hands-off"
